At Dreame Israel, we stand behind the quality of our premium electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Send your package to our central laboratory in Israel using a tracked courier service; please ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
